2021 – Cooler Classrooms Program Dubbo

Cooler Classrooms Program to go ahead for the Delroy Campus and the North Dubbo public school. Scope of work to include:
- supply and installation of air conditioning systems and outdoor air supply systems.
- Monitoring & control of CO2 levels, temperature, and movement within the rooms.
- Monitoring of outside air conditions, temperature and humidity.
- Supply and installation of a control system including indicator panel to control, monitor and provide a user interface to the systems.
- Supply and installation of ceiling or wall fans.
- Demolition of all redundant systems and their associated services including all unused gas, electric heaters from rooms where new A/Cs have been installed, redundant evaporative cooling systems and redundant air conditioning systems, ducts, conduits.
- Modification and recommissioning of evaporative cooling systems.
- Painting of disturbed areas, newly installed internal conduits, covers and the like.
- Installation and amendment of window blinds.
- Associated electrical works.
- All associated building works.
